I didn't mind super 10. Most guys HATE them. Love that freightliner!!!
We had those super 10 top 2 auto transmissions when I worked in the shop at Arctic Express in Hilliard. I hated those things. The top 2 “relay” valve was always giving us trouble. Sweet truck tho.

Der FLD 120 hat ne zeitlos moderne Karosse. Für mich eines der interessantesten freightliner .Das 10 Gang getriebe ist sehr exotisch aber dennoch interessant

The original super10 "the lazy man transmission" is ok but easy to lose track of what gear your in, this top 2 seems like the early stages of the automatic

That super 10 sort of reminds me of a 5 speed trans. , with a 2 speed axle.
I knew a guy that ran a 4000 white with the 220 Cummins. 10 speed transmission and 3 speed axles.
I always said he had a gear for every occasion.
