For Dr Rakesh Nair sir,
The metabolic causes of Nephrogenic DI are hypokalemia, hyperuricemia and hypercalcemia..... aren't these the exact side effects of thiazides ??? Then how can we use thiazides to treat the disease??
I will be highly grateful if this message somehow reaches Dr Nair.....

@@vrakeshnair9312 sir a doubt, in a vasospasmic angina beta blockers are contraindicated.. But in NSTEMI beta blockers are given even though it blocks the vasodilating receptors which is opposite to the nitrates..Why?
