Ranting is fine. I understand your feelings about SCC. I got a great deal out of the first event I attended in 2011, but have to admit that one may have been enough for me ... and I'm not even "post" anything yet. If you want to give back to the Trans* community, I suggest becoming a regular at a support group meeting again. Seeing successful "graduates" is a big inspiration to the girls and guys just starting.
Hi, you inspired me, I thought at 35 I was to old to go through with it and seeing lots of clips of others who all seam to be really sad all the time when they go on the hormones, but I like how your happy with everyone, never want any pity or anything, you seam to deal with it like I would like to think I could, your really pretty to, I have been taking one step forward and 2 steps back since I came out and told everyone I knew that I wanted to be a girl, but now I feel I still have time
Hi Nichole! Great Point Of View. I luved your vlog! I agree about the length. I didn't see ANY rambling at all. You are my HEROINE! I'm getting soo much from your vlogs. I luv your wall color. It seems like you've really been working on your place that is great! I liked your comments about the little things like adjusting your bra. giggle. Please keep them coming! show us what it is like after all surg etc is done that there is life after transition
I am so honored to be your friend. Thanks for educating me and helping me understand how ignorant, and slightly insensitive I was. =) You made me a better person. Thanks!
Love your voice and your look quite beautiful tonight just getting home from work. Amazing. I want to have voice surgery also but I've heard from UA-cam that the results are not long lasting and perhaps you will end up with a deeper/more hoarse voice than before. You look awesome and you have a great future ahead.
You know what I think is a shame? It's not to be able to see a statuesque beauty like you on "Say yes to the dress". You see so many large women without great figures on the show. You would be absolutely stunning in a beautiful wedding dress.
Nicole: search UA-cam for Lauren Bacall. The best teacher is the voice of Soleil Moon Frye!!!- Also, I think Cyndi Lauper is a good voice to seek to emulate. Since you know the pros and cons of voice surgery, you can opt for that. Beautiful Georgia O'Keefe was called a "little man" by kids. And that pretty tall girl on the 70s show was called a man. Also, try to find a copy of "In Search 0f Eve" by Ann Bolin about MTFTs leaving the nest, eventually.-love, krw
hi I wathced your vid and thoght I'd suggest Dr. Toby Mayer out in Cali. I just know some people who have gone to Mayer and Thomas. You may wanna onsider him too. I just had the SRS this January and am still recovering but can relate to some if not most of what you speak of. Oh and the bladder thing, is more to do with your prostate and change in hormones now that you old private part is gone - experience the frequent restroom trips too now. I'll send you a private message on something.
Hi Nichole, I was just wondering how you are and to let you know I (we) are thinking about you. I hope all is well. Have you gotten any closer to vocal surgery ? In your videos, you seemed pretty certain it was going to have to happen. Bye for now.
Hmm I heard that all the surgery does is make it easier to stay on your high/ female voice by removing the bottom end of your vocal range. You should get singing lessons and play around with "bedroom" voices, of course you probably already knew this >.< um it is your choice however surgery does sound drastic, I'd say give it another 2 years of falsetto training, and then get the surgery if it'ss not there yet by then.
Was gonna privi this but don't how to add contacts. About the he, him instead of miss thing, you shouldn't care what people who can't catch on think. Where I live I was early in transition and was far from passing and strangers still referred to me as miss and her. So just remember that it ain't you its the backwardness of the individual. I'm hoping you could be a valuable resource for me since you've been there done that and may even be getting the voice sugery before me as well.
To me there isn't a speck of male-ness in your voice! Perhaps after a long day of working hard you sound different, but as you are in your videos you sound perfectly normal to me.

I do consider you a mentor for me. Thank you.
Nikki, you're more beautiful with each new video. A Trans-sister.

Did you ever do the voice surgery? Dr. J Spiegel in Boston does this surgery as well.
Smaller bladder? did the operation cause your bladder to get smaller? I wasn't aware that happened! :P
Your voice has the same octave as Laura Prepon from that 70s show.

You are very pretty and I love your hair color.
