Acabo de oír a Ariana Grande y es espectacular , Selena Gómez no tiene voz para cantar, siempre que tiene que cantar en vivo es así, pero en sus grabaciones parece que sí supiera cantar, pero ahí siempre está la tecnología y no su verdadera voz. He tratado de ver su performance pero me estresa ver qué no sabe cantar y la ponen como una gran cantante solo porque estuvo ligada a Justin Bieber , mientras a Ariana Grande que sí ttiene talento,y voz para cantar en vivo, la dejan de lado.

The sheer difference in her vocals from the super nervous start, to where she feels more comfortable, and then her amazing ending, it truly shows 1. That mic is liiiiiiive, 2. The difference that anxiety can make in vocal performance. I am so amazed by her to not only push through, but to finish soooooo incredibly strong
You could hear the emotion in her voice singing the first half of that song, she's so strong to have gone through so much and still stand there and look so beautiful!
You can tell anxiety crippled her initially but as she continued her vocals stabilized more. Here’s hoping we get another live performance soon! And new music!!

I’m not Selena Gomez (hell, I’m no anything; my singing voice is pretty awful I think) but I love writing music and playing guitar and singing in private and I swear it’s helped me overcome some pretty bad anxiety attacks.

I love Selena and always have since I was a kid. People who say she has never been able sing talk such shit. She used to be so good and I loved her acting. Obviously not as big a range or as crazy talented as people like Ariana, Whitney, Cher, etc but she was never bad. But you can definitely tell her anxiety and health have affected her singing and that’s okay. I think she sang here to prove something to herself more than to any of us which is impressive and takes guts. I’m happy she’s trying to build her confidence again.
