    For the mold, if it's just on terracotta, like the pot itself rather than on the soil then it's just residue from watering. It used to gross me out a ton. Bottom watering helps me with it, so it isn't building up all along the rim and such.

    I wouldn't add to much more sphagnum moss, it's in 100% humidity and it looks like it's roots are growing, healthy and will reach your medium on their own. As far a mold goes you can put a little bit of cinnamon on it or just use your fingernail and gently remove; I wouldn't keep repotting because when you do you are disturbing the roots and failure to thrive might occur. Also no air flow might be causing the mold, maybe poke a couple holes in your Tupperware or open every day or two especially if you have condensation. Just a couple of ideas :)
