      Oven temp: 375 F
      Time: 17-20 minutes
      600g bread flour
      8g instant yeast
      313g water
      14g fine sea salt
      30g olive oil
      20g honey
      Fine corn meal for dusting
      1 egg + splash of water
      - Add flour, oil, honey, and salt in a large bowl
      - Add the proofed yeast to large bowl
      - Then mix for 5-10 minutes
      Rest for 1-1:1/2 hours
      Separate into dough balls and rest for 10 minutes then shape into a rectangle and proof for 30 minutes. This is the time to preheat the oven to 375F
      Next, place the proofed bread into the oven for 17-20 minutes.

      If it's instant yeast does this mean you don't let it sit for extended period of time

      @@FirstKaliyah A month late and I'm probably the equivalent to a peasant baker but I never bloom my instant yeast.

      Looks great! Going to try it this weekend. What bread flour do you prefer? I’ve heard European bread flour has differences to American flour.
