Indeed it's very easy but in the end I saw your backup process was stuck on 99% and the error message was showing " Failed to Restore".
I am a bit concerned, is it realible method?
these are the wrong instructions, you should be copying the opbackup folder otherwise it doesn't restore. don't bother with following his instructions as you won't be able to restore data

For that i recomend to backup your data offline for online you can. Use google photos
This guy made everything harder then it is. Copy the folder named 2022 being year day and month into "data" folder. that's it. if you unsure simple make a new backup and backup the settings then you will see where your copy/move folder you put on your pc will go. One plus sure didn't explain anything.

Bro after reset of phone I copied the backup and replaced but it's not reflecting in clone app
Sir please make sure that the application is updated to latest ver. And you put the backup to specific folder use USB Stick or pc to copy files as from Android 11 access to the Android data access is denied so. If need further help feel free to comment

@@Gadgettech1253 When you go into com.oneplus.backuprestore you will see few folders, click on backup then you will see another set of folders one being data. Simply copy your folder to data being label as 2022 with day and month named. You don't have to do anything else. You can also click inside data then stare at it then make a new backup (just backup settings only) itll take a second then go back into data and you will see a new folder to restore to then copy your folder there inside data.
