For those of you who don't know, this song plays in the film Mulan. The song itself plays in the end credits, but Lea Salonga sings her own take on this song in the film.
@You'll Be In My Heart - this song is what actually got her her record deal and she worked with Disney way before that with Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears on 'The Mickey Mouse Club'. She got her start working with Disney so it would not have ruined her reputation.
I once heard this song on my local pop music radio station. But I can't remember if it was the origonal or this version but either way, it made me happy to see that people are still respecting the classics!!!!
You no, Christina is a really big person. I don't mean size, I mean heart. It's takes a real big person like Christina to step out of her comfort zone and do something like disney. I mean, cos Christina Aguilera is classed as a 'Natural Women', and doing something quite childish (not saying people who like disney are childish) could of ruined her reputation, but she killed this song!:)xxx
:) Beautiful and reflection are the top songs that I like from her because I believe that I am someone... even though I'm still figuring that out today. :)
This is not a new version of the song Christina Aguilera did for the original movie soundtrack, because that is the version she did for that movie soundtrack. I guess she understood the truth of there is nothing as good as the original.
You know, I think it’s gonna be pretty difficult to find the best song on the original Disneymania album. (sees Christina Aguilera’s “Reflection.”) *Okay, that’s cheating.*
i miss the days when it took talent to do a song for disney. now it's if you act in one of disney's shows or movies, you have to sing, even though you suck at it.
christina augilera...a white woman with a black woman's voice. who would have thought? sounds amazing...i love this version. Although I'm still a big fan of Lea Salonga (OST version)
This is what made seventeen-year-old Christina hit it big!!!

This Song Is The Very Definition Of My Entire Life. Everyday I Wonder When My Reflection Will Show.
This version appears in the final credits of the movie
Yeah and it was also on the original Mulan soundtrack. I honestly don't know why they included this in the first Disneymania soundtrack.

@elisaalbelo Actually these lyrics are different than the one Lea Solanga sang for the movie. And they're both pretty nice in their own way
