“Whatever problems or issues you are facing (in my context as the point leader ... church planter/pastor) it’s ALL your fault.”
The coaches were talking to a few of us and trying to get us to make sure we weren’t playing the blame game, but we were understanding that we have created the cultures we have.

There's story after story about biblical characters taking responsibility for their lives, decisions and actions. It's only when they finally take responsibility that things start to happen. But, when we fully surrender to God something even better happens...
I like to say it this way, "God takes full responsibility for a life fully surrendered to him."

Haha, thanks for that playful comment. The channel isn't really about religion, but my faith is part of me, so it'll come up. Hopefully, people wouldn't be turned off by that. I think I've always hidden that part of me because of an episode I had with a good friend years ago. It traumatized me in a way, and I almost never share my thoughts if it involved God. I guess that's why sharing this was a big deal for me. 😁
The man can choose what he wants to do and be responsible in. He is a free being. As a human he has the human right to state his opinion. Nothing religious about it.

Thanks Chris. I'm glad you're finding this inspiring. But to be honest, it was pretty difficult to share openly that part of me. I guess since Christians get a pretty bad rep these days. And also, I've been traumatized by an episode with a good friend years ago about sharing. And I've been pretty much 🤐since. But I guess the blessing is now, I'm trying to find creative ways of sharing that part of me that don't come across as preachy. Just one human sharing another human experience.
