it can certainly help! if you are flexible enough in the shoulders, it can really benefit your lower back. But due to the design you cannot go super deep into the tissue, youll need a triggerpoint solution for that. Still nice to give the lower muscles a good rollout. For the wrist, you can only use 1 hand, which reduces the amount of pressure you can put on it, but it certainly works in rolling out the forearm muscles very well
