Hello, you are welcome. I am not at a position to specifically state the ratios used in various packages(like 5L, 20 L etc) They sell the chemicals as packages, that is to say, you don't buy each of the ingridients separately. lastly, i checked the minimum is 5L. They don't have 3L yet.

In case you are within Nairobi, you can get the products at OTC just behind the Quickmart Supermarket building, which was previously the Tuskys supermarket.. Maybe to avoid using the wrong crystals when preparing your fabric softner, I highly recommend you get the product in any chemical shop which sells such chemical products or detergents.

I got dissapointed with the perfume they gave lavender but oops was not lavender at all my clothes realy had bad smell where did u buy urs i bought mine at otc quickmat

Call the product as fabric softener..starsoft is a registered trade mark.Also call the crystal as flakes. .
