Incidentally, the word 'Integrative' means 'combining and coordinating diverse elements into a whole' .
I reckon that the presenter wanted to use the adjective word of 'integrity' to mean 'honest'. But the two words, 'integrity' and 'integrative' are totally different and have no relation whatsoever.. 'Be integrative' cannot mean 'be honest'. So,I think it's better to use 'be honest'.
