Most hawker centres serves breakfast and lunch only. Especially those places with connecting wet markets, stalls can start business as early as 5am. Dinner times most would go to local "coffeeshops" which are usually situated around HDBs.
Haig Rd Hawker Centre will have more food stalls open in the mornings and afternoons, Fewer food stalls open at night.
Good choice to eat at local hawker stalls . Malay n Chinese food is awesome !
