one suggestion I have when you are hooping your hat make sure the silver (hoop sling) is closer to the brim of the hat and that should keep bill from rubbing. Girl hats are truly a challenge. I know that was a huge hurdle for me to get over, since my son was launching his new Brand with of all things a (HAT)!!
The first five minutes of the whole video I could tell you what you did wrong what you did wrong was first you created that makeshift device if you went through the actual training, they could’ve told you that you could actually put the clamp on your Racoma stand without no problem that’s the first mistake The teeth need to be buttoned up to the lip of the cap you have maybe an eighth of an inch gap 2 You never need to take out the screws. You just have to unscrew them a little bit so you could slide in the frame the cap frame onto your embroidery machine.

thanks juan. I did do the training but I was not told that it fits onto the Ricoma stand. I knew it was too far away from the brim but I was having trouble getting it closer. I have to remove the screw in order to remove the flat lay station. are you saying I don't have to remove the flat lay station in order to put my cap station on? d.a I know I don't have to remove the screws to change the size of the flat lay station. I'm a little confused. Thanks for your help.
Thanks you will figure it out
Thanks Jessie. I know I will. 😁
