Finding Runes is so thrilling! I hope you are all doing fine and maybe even playing WoW again :D
I was going for big boy parses - had all the consumables and buffs so let's see how I did!

Although I have been pouring over the logs, and there is another build on the horizon that might put carnage on top - the no SnD only rupture/env spam
You only want to use this build on stationary fights, but I've seen like 86% uptime on carnage with HAT. Seems to be a damn good build.
Carnage is better man whenever there is a big uptime on one target.
Only 86% uptime? It should be at least 95% uptime on Carnage if you are good :D
I mean he was #1 in the world for Rotslime for a while

Nice video bro. At first boss and every other similair ability you can also vanish the knock back. But you might use it at beginning.
True, you can vanish almost all forms of damage, but I used it for 10% increased damage :(

First 5 Combat Tree Talents don't matter. I sometimes play Quick Draw when kiting something or while in PvP and Improved Sinister Strike reduces the Quick Draw Energy.
Gouge is good for PvP too.
Lightning Reflexes are the best if I'm going to farm mobs so I have bigger Dodge chance.

According to what u said about negating Weaver push with our shadowstep. I did it once and then the other dragon pushed me further into the green stuff .. :D

You don't need Instant Poison since Deadly Brew Rune takes care of that. You want to be using Shadow Oil if you have a Shadow Priest in your raid and if you don't Dense Sharpening Stone.

I didn't know all fights we can start behind boss. I was scared of accidentally pulling, but that meant like 1-3 seconds of uptime being lost. Thanks!

I think 15 agi weapon enchant is the best option, especially for Focused Attacks - but the I'm not sure if it's worth the price
It's not worth the price, I sim 10ish DPS more with it. I would do it, but I ran out of gold :D

He didn't attack me with disarm, he attacked 6 players with it but not me.
Hello friend, I have a question, if I have 4 combo points on the boss, should I use Envenom now or reach 5 combo points?
It depends really if you have extra Energy and Envenom buff already running then yes. If you don't have Envenom buff running, no.

I can never parse for shit, I did learn from your video I need to get on the boss asap. I’m normally in stealth and not getting to him until 5 seconds after pull maybe longer.. think my best parse on one of the bosses was 84.. thanks for the video

dont get me wrong i will never be as good as you but wanted to share a small improvement first boss if you use Vanish at the right time you wont get pushed away at all and can negotiate it
I know, Vanish can dodge almost anything - I prefer using it with Cold Blood and 5cp Envenom since you get the Master of Subtlety buff which increases your damage done by 10%
For Dreamscyth & Weaver, you can squeeze in a few more DPS by a full combo on both dragons.
What do you mean by full combo on both dragons?
Do you mean by putting Deadly Poison on both of them? It's kind of risky since they move too much.
@@Markonicus@Markonicus, I figure we would have enough time to use 4/5 CP Envenium on one dragon and then tab the other dragon and DPS it for the 2 seconds before the next wing buffet.
What is that red potion you have ~60 of that is bound to the R key?
I sait at the start of the video, I bought hundreds of Oils of Immolation for 10s each (they are usually 2g), someone either made a mistake or wanted to get rid of them.

@@adondriel 50 dps to all adds around you for 15 seconds is big, especially whenever we have so many fire-damage increasing debuffs on enemies. On a boss with adds it can net up to ~2% of your total damage it looks like, obviously changing depending on raid comp/number of enemies/etc
So cut to the chase and combat potency is better or Carnage ?
I didn't use Combat Potency this raid at all - I said it at the start of the video I was using Focused Attacks for +3 Energy everytime you Crticially Hit.
Carnage is better on most of the bosses I would say, but Cut to the Chase is much easier to play.
Honor Among Thieves should yield just a bit more DPS than Focused Attacks, but only if you have a correct Party compoistion.
@@Markonicus according to simonizes sims, Carnage+FA is the best but it's only 0.1% ahead of CttC+FA. I think the key difference is that with carnage you can hit some absolutely crazy numbers with good crit RNG on your envenoms, though the average is barely better at all.
@@hampustornros I am not sure at what sims are you looking at, but I'm certainly getting different numbers from simming my character.
It also heavily depends on the boss length as well. HAT sims the best, but you can only achieve that in a good party comp. Carnage should do better in most cases whenever there isn't any target swapping.

We probably can, but I'm not sure how. Since he needs to finish the cast and then the bolts start pouring out of his mouth and upon hit they kill.

The DMC trinkets unfortunately aren't that huge dps gain anymore, around 5 % of his total damage is from the two trinkets. Still amazing though, but not like they carry dps.
Where this parse is coming from is kill time, perfect comp (all necessary grp/raid buffs; one of the most important aspects), not losing world buffs and going full on consumes. Rogue playstyle is really not that hard. I bet you can parse easy 99's even without optimal gear. I know I did in gnome. In ST I didnt get over 97% yet, but my group was always lacking a boomkin, which is literally 100dps for a rogue and more important than WF. Also he just no lifed it from the beginning, you can see that he got some good gear. Parsing at the beginning of a phase is just showing that you can still no life the game and have no responsibilities that might reduce the amount of time you can put into the game. Whats fun is parsing in the middle/end of the phase
Sandstorm did 2.9% of my DPS and Decay did 2.5%, they are okay, not game breaking.
Sandstorm is superb when clearing trash tho and I recommend you buying it if you are going to do speed running.

Not properly no, but you can see it from the icons. I should have probably hit the Narcissus so show the gear, but I forgot since I was excited for the raid ^^
LW Helm, Gnome Amulet, LW Shoulders, BRD Cloak, 3set from Gnome (I don't have the new set yet), WSG Bracers, STV Event Dagger, Julie's Dagger Off Hand (I bought it for 700g, since I couldn't get BRD Arena Dagger after 50 kills), BoE +14 Agi Gun Precisely Calibrated Boomstick, Double DM Trinkets (Sandstorm is better, especially if you will speedrun, gives nice AoE), Mara Ring and Offerings Ring, Arathi Basin Belt and Gloves of the Pathfinder.
I literally have no loot from Sunken Temple.
Good price on that Julies Dagger.. They are over 2k on my server.. And yeah there isnt much to be excited for loot in ST except the dagger.

@@Markonicus I don't know if you've played with rogue tank a bit this phase either but the focussed attacks buff makes shuriken toss quite strong too in dungeons.
The only other thing I'd like them to add is recuperate, self healing = more threat!
@@ForceHost I only played Tank in BRD when I was farming Dagger/Belt but after 50 runs of no luck, I decided to buy Julie's Dagger and forget about the Belt.
I ran Shuriken Toss and it's okay to pull the mobs and keep agroo on them thanks to the Bracers Rune.
That dagger cost 1k golds and Darkmoon cards both are around 2.5k on my server
They aren't really needed - I just wanted them and had extra gold from all the incursions!

Oil of emmo and dragons breath share the same slot. Use Breath its more dps.
Oil of Immolation and Dragonsbreath Chili don't share the same slot, they will both do damage if you have both up.
would you run double instant poison?
Just run Deadly Brew Rune. Don't put any Poisons on your weapon since the Rune does that job.

just read the rune and it says it has a chance to apply instant poison so wouldnt it be more efficient to just keep instant on your weapons so you have a higher chance for it to proc?

HAT is good, but it requires a good Party composition which can get annoying. After playing Focused Attacks which isn't that much RNG based as Combat Potency and HAT, I must say that I like it more. It's just personal preference really.
5% hit is cap?
6% is soft cap, more hit will still benefit your character since you will be having less misses with your White Attacks.
From memory the hard cap for white hits is 23% Not worth it at all but yeah @@Markonicus

I bought Plagues for 1k gold at the start of the phase, and a week in I bought Sandstorm for 1.1k gold.
You gotta play the AH game and ask people directly who are selling it for a discount etc.
I had 1k gold left over from the last phase and I made about 4k gold from running Nightmare Incursions.

I hate that the best trinkets are pretty much swiping the card to get. If you don't live your life in the game. (also the oh dagger)
The DPS difference with these is minor I would say and you absolutely don't need them to get 99% logs. They will help but not that much. You'll see the difference when I make the Guide for Rogues.
