- Peter isn’t able to make it to Katie’s birthday party, but Mitch is determined to make it something special for her. I loved this entire episode, but especially the very last scene at the skating rink. I’ve cut a number of parts out of that scene because they’re all spoilers, everything from the episode gets wrapped up as the family skates around the ice rink. ❤️

How is it that this incredible man, who's single and never been a parent, can bring me to tears with his loving portrayal as a father????? He's done so in several of his movies too. As Lisa Corbaley said in her comment below, Kevin is that rare actor who can make any role seem totally natural and believable. This episode was undoubtedly one of his best! Thank you, Susan, for highlighting it so it's easy to watch again and again and again ........
I'm so glad they showed what a huge heart Mitch has in this episode. And he definitely needs to be a father. If not with Lou, then with someone who really sees his value ❤️
There are some men that have the natural ability to be a father. Kevin is very comfortable with children. He will make an incredible father one day. I think it is a tribute to his parents who raised one fantastic man. Thank you Mr and Mrs McGarry. You have no idea how Kevin brightens our lives in so many ways.

Kevin is such a phenomenal actor. He's the total package. So natural and believable no matter the role or the scene. Included in his acting arsenal is his amazing work with children / teens in the scenes. I love his interactions with Katie, Lyndy and Georgie in Heartland, Allie and Little Jack in WCTH, and then those kids in his other movies. It really brings out his sweet and playful side.
Agree! I call him the Kid Magnet. They just naturally gravitate toward him. ❤️

Started watch Heartland n love it❤❤❤ you are right Kevin is phenomenal, and believable in all his movies! n treated with respect, even though he is not part of main characters!! They appreciate him for what great talent he has n contributes to the series👏🤩 sorry to say that he wasn't given to him on WCTH! For his noriadi, talent, charisma, heartfelt, realistic scenes which he draws you in❤ thank you for all these clips on Kevin in Hearland, WCTH , n various movies his in🙏

Just had to add one more comment! Mitch has fit so seamlessly into the family at Heartland. Back a season or two ago, Jack actually said that Mitch was family and I adore seeing him at the family dinner table. He is such a great guy and shares a lot of the same values that Jack has. I have no idea where they're going to take Mitch and Lou now but I sure hope that Mitch can stay right where he belongs in the family. How can anyone not love that man?????????
I'm hoping the same -- that if he isn't with Lou, they'll give him a story of his own. Because he really has become a part of the family and a part of the ranch.

I would so totally miss Mitch if he wasn't on for season 15. While I love his scenes with Lou, he also brings so much to the show with all the others.

I thought that birthday is really good for you and for kids to have fun with there's family's and friends who have a good happy birthday and you know you are growing up and getting older but yeah it's life but it makes me happy to see people birthday
