One question for lockin v5. I asked their customer service on Tmall, they said that they don’t work with Telco operators outside China and they don’t have servers either. So they can’t guarantee the compatibility. Would like to hear your comment

Hello @sodiumhydroxie Yes installations are included! The warranty of all our digital locks are covered by the authorised brand's distributor in Singapore! For example, if you purchase Philips, the lock's 3 years onsite warranty would be covered by Philips, and not Hoz :)

Hi iori thanks for commenting! By Lockin has no wifi feature, we meant that it does not have the remotely unlock with app function. For instance, when you’re away from home let’s say in your office, you are unable to use the Mijia app to unlock for a visitor in real time. Hope this clarifies! 😊
