I know some may need meds but when I went through I stayed in prayer and reading the word of God, trusting every word. And joy, peace, hope, love, healing and wholeness in Christ Jesus was restored unto me. So I always ask people when they talk about therapy, have you FULLY tried Jesus.
You’re absolutely right. I was having anxiety attacks and periods of extreme extreme overwelmth. I had a plan to talk to a therapist the following Monday; but prayed earnestly all through the weekend; God healed me before Monday came! Amen!

A pill isn't the answer for many people. For me, it zombies me out and makes me feel worse. Not all depression can be managed with medicine. Many of us need the medicine of love, consistency, understanding, and being with our tribe who gets us.
Depression doesn’t exist that’s why it can’t be managed. Darkness brings heaviness and drains you and eternal life and light exposure drives it out. Darkness deposits gloom, that causes flesh to feel like dead weight and that’s extreme pressure to see up when you feel down.
Well I am one to say medicine has helped me. Remember to advocate for yourself and let the doctor know the prescription should be changed due to various complications. Medicine should be tailored to meet your needs not the other way around. My prescription was changed 4 times until the doctor got it right. Medicine with counseling and prayer works! Faith without works is dead. God bless you. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

@@Hollygdorsey1 Interesting that you would say, remember to advocate for myself as if I said it does not work for anyone, while missing my statement of saying it doesn’t work for (MANY) people. Many does not mean all and it seems that you do not understand the difference.
First and foremost, I advocate Very Well, something that I have the innate powers to do, obviously you don’t. Secondly, you are not a doctor or many people who can testify against your point. You assume that I haven’t tried many other medications, different dosages, etc. I will let you keep that assumption because there isn’t anything I need to prove to the weak minded. For those who get my message, they are the people I made my statement to. By the way, saying faith without works is dead is a slap in your own face because obviously you lack wisdom, discernment, and far from being a true follower of Christ. I can see right through you and your narrow mindedness. Just because you say you have faith doesn’t mean anything. Saying that is just words not a proof of anything because you would not ever use that as a weapon to say, I have no faith nor put in any work to assist myself with the use of meditation. Unfortunately, as a wise person, your little comment only highlighted where you are and that isn’t far at all. Level up darling, your ignorance isn’t cute.
