- Crashes are a big part of MMA that not many people talk about-but if done correctly can really change the tides in a fight. We go in depth on two effective crashes here-overhands and elbows. Added plus if your bony like I am.

I watched this while driving and crashed my car into a tree. I feel like i got this crashing concept down!
You should be teaching me!

That poor tree couldn’t handle the technical crash in

Its incredibly irresponsible that you would watch a course on crashing elbows while driving your vehicle. It's selfish and dangerous to those around you. Please reconsider your priorities when behind the wheel and think on your past decisions. Keep training.
1:20 It just hit me as Cory said this
Time is distance changing between observed events.
We think of it as years or seconds, eras and eons.
When in reality its just distance changing. Oscillating between near and far.
I love hearing Cory talk about anything 😭❤️
😂just sitting hear listening to sandman talk about concepts of time and distance
These snippet videos are a great advertisement for the courses! Definitely gonna have to pick them up when I get a chance. Until then I'll just keep watching your old fights😅
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Sandhagen teaching on youtube is the most instantly unappreciated thing I am aware of.
This concept is like in the book of five rings when Musashi talks about when both fighters take initiative at the same time for a “simultaneous initiative”. The moving the head off center and landing on the opponent reminds me of knights jousting with lances
Shut up nerd
Thanks for the content, it's been great so far.
Glad you enjoy it!
Corys fight iq is crazy 👊👊
Great content Cory, thank you.
If you want to push into the current YT algorithms without deviating from yourself and your core content, here is what is peaking currently:
General: Tier lists
Fighting: Tier lists, Fight card predictions, Fight breakdowns, Fight card reactions, anything including: "Top 10; Greatest, Best; etc."
All the best!
Top striker! Don’t listen to that noise about your last fight.. you showed champion level fight iq once again and I’m really looking forward to the uphill climb sandman!
Just through explaining fight distance and crashing you connected alot of dots about how fighting works.
I love the analogy of how you control time based upon the distance between you and your opponent. I feel it in sparring but you REALLY feel it in competition.
This is so good.
Cory, you just came out with a new instructional and it’s priced the same as the rest of them, I have no problem with that but you also put out a bundle with all three that’s sixty dollars cheaper than if u were to buy them separately. I am an amateur and you know how tight money is and it’d be nice if you’d give a discount to the people whom already purchased the precious videos. It just feels a little punishing to the days ones. All love, Huge fan.
Huge fan. Rising star over here, with this content. Very original. Love the way you think.
Can’t wait to watch your next fight so we can see some of these tips on action
Amazing knowledge - thank you cory
Really like these videos. Simple and digestible but also super effective and high percentage stuff

Love the elbow / muay thai effective content!
Cory thank you! This is amazing breakdown. Will def implement this into my sparring
I watched this and I saw a guy crushing into the tree in a car, I feel like he definitely got this crashing concept down!
thanks, Cory for these amazing techniques. Can you make a video on using body shot effectively?
Cory you're a solid dude and fighter,great content ❤,
Very well explained. I found this very easy to digest and to drill. Can't wait for some more content. Keep it up 👊🏾 💪🏾💪🏾

1:45 "But anyways" - enough about me telling you how to control time
More time,more power
Hey Cory I hope you’re doing very well. My question is would you recommend your course for beginners (I’ve done boxing n muay thai for a couple months each) to build a good foundation or would it be too advanced for beginners? Love the content n knowledge, thank you!
Great content, audio kinda low though
Flying knee! How do you set that up?
Please fight O Malley
guys, do you have some tips for amateur muay thai fighters who fight in full gear- shin pads, helmets, gloves and even this torso protector? What difference in a game plan they should be doing?
Just work out-scoring them man.
@@CorySandhagenMMA thank you man for your response! A lot of jabs and low kicks i assume
