Just before watching your video, I opened UA-cam to listen to affirmations and felt so heavy and just, blah. I prayed and asked the universe for help. Maugwort is also known as moxa-a traditional Chinese type of healing modality. I recently started using it along with this tiger -warmer pen that is used to treat areas of pain in the body.
I do the tree of light grounding and earthing daily so yes the tree's are very syncranising to me, I eat sunflower seeds and saltanas daily with plenty of hydrating water since the upgrades and stepping into the 5d new plane I'm on now. X
