  • The Blue Ridge Parkway, located in the Great Smoky Mountains is widely known as one of the best roads in the United States with its emerald green hills and smooth unblemished pavement. We tested it out on Harley-Davidson motorcycles to see if the rumors were true!
Our group consisted of a Road Glide, Road Glide Special, Street Glide and Softail.

The T Bars on the Wicked Red Denim Road Glide - do you know what the setup is? Brand? How high? Gauges moved? offset bracket?? Thinking of doing the same to mine.

Kraus Moto Risers, 10" with the pullback plate which ads another 2". Fly bars, but they don't work with H-D heated grips so I'm going to switch those out.

Gauges haven't been moved, but they need to be...

Wow those views look absolutely breathtaking! Definitely on my bucket list. Living in Chicago and riding here there’s nothing even remotely close to scenery like that. Nice video 🤙🏼

Buddy, you did it again! What a great way to envision riding season 2022! Where does that trail start and finish? How many miles?

The Blue Ridge Parkway goes for a LONG way (469 miles in total I think). We only did about 120 miles of it. We started near Cherokee and got off at Ashville.

@@FullTankAdventures OMG…. Is that 469 miles supposed to be epic the entire way? Asheville would be a cool stop too. Was it heavily traveled or no?

@@DeBa1226 the northern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway ends at Afton, VA which is the southern end of the Skyline Drive (108 miles long) and the southern end to the Shenandoah National Park. There are scenic views all the way to the northern end and if you continued on the Skyline Drive the northern end is at Front Royal, VA. It’s a great ride from Cherokee, NC to Front Royal, VA.

@@leewelchons buddy that’s outstanding feedback… I was having some fun the other night with an old school Rand McNally atlas, to see where to ride doing a lower 48 states ride. I saw Blue Ridge Parkway, but didn’t know about that 108 mile Skyline Drive!
