I have always found Parkside tools excellent value for money the only ones I have ever had any problems with were the 12 volt Dremel type tools I had 2 which had the same fault might have been a batch of faulty components. I didn't have to send them back they just wanted the serial number of the tool, description of the fault and date and number of the receipt and a couple of days later I received two complete new tools in their original packaging complete with all attachments direct from the supplier in Germany absolutely first class service. I also bought a different 20 volt angle grinder to the one in the video and it wouldn't run on the 2 amp hr battery as it didn't have enough capacity but using a 4 amp hr battery it was absolutely fine. I would always recommend buying the 4 amp hr battery for all of their tools unless your only using a drill for drilling small holes if your using the hammer action function 4 amp hr battery only. Good luck and enjoy

I believe that the Parkside brand is currently the best value for money tool on the market. Thanks for the comment!!
