- Congenital Pulmonary Stenosis is a heart condition present at birth. It is characterised by obstruction to blood flow from the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery. This obstruction may be caused by narrowing (or stenosis) at one or more points from the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery.
Thank you for this video
very nice and informative video
KKH Saved my life.
Does someone know what medication causes the front teeth to become darker (blackish). I have a pulmonary stenosis and had that medication. Luckily it were only my Baby teeth who had darkened. I don't know what happened when I was young so I'm curious.
Q es estenosis infundibulo valvular. Pulmonar importante
Can this conductions cause anemia?
i was born with it and they did the balloon thing and they told my parents that i was okay and i would be fine my whole life and have a normal life expectancy
KPWgaming how old are you?
Samee! I did it 4 years ago
The ballon thing is called balloon valvuloplasty, also known as balloon valvotomy.
I also have the same problem from my birth. And I had gone through balloning twice at the age of 3 and at the age of 25
@@AB-wm6hp 15 now
i'm 13 y.o when i will do the valvuloplasty? i want to do sport so bad☹
Thank you my daughter has pulmonary valve stenosis
It's not a serious matter. I also have the same problm n gone through balloning twice till now I am 29 yrs
Don't worry, I have the same condition and I am 42 years old now. I have two healthy children and I have lead a pretty normal life with no problems. Your daughter will live a normal life too.
@@maliksabah5317 how old were you when you did your first balloon procedure and the second?
I have pulmonary stenosis they did something I’m not sure what when I was a baby I think that balloon thing and now they say it isn’t good but the only treatment left is a heart transplant so for years they have just been monitoring it so they know when it gets worse and if it does I’ll have to have a heart transplant😒
I'm the same. My doctor has mentioned something about a new valve but for now I'm good.
I have pulmonary stenosis, and it wasn't treated. Being an athlete is basically impossible.
Why dont you treat it
@@Divya-xd1el because I would rather avoid cardio than have heart surgery.
My daughter was born with critical pulmonary stenosis, I was full term. It wasn’t noticed straight after birth and she ended up getting NEC and unfortunately passed at 4wks old 😢
I'm so sorry to hear that. I wish & pray you and ur family all the best. Stay strong!!
Why are tha back flow of blood into Right atrium ?
Because the pulmonary valve is narrowed, the usual amount of blood cannot pass through and go to the lungs, so it backflows into the right ventricle.
I have pulmonary stenosis but thankfully my case isn’t serious.
Please reply me , I want to speak with you
Prayers for my grand Daughter prayers praise Jesus Christ Amen 🙏
Chlid with narrow pulmonary stenosis also face development delay issue? Or it means he has some genetic disorders too?
I want to speak with you, please reply

I was born with pulmonary valve stenosis i had a surgery to fix it as a baby I still vist cardiologist often to make sure it won't narrow again
Same. I go to the cardiologist every two years to make sure I'm okay.
Should we delay this process can you give me any idea about that please because i have also this problem !
So I have pulmonary stenosis but they did nothing about it
Your case must be an easier one, then. They should measure the pressure in the particular part and if it reaches a certain point and above, then they would do the balloon procedure. But you haven't reached that point yet (probably). It is good news. Take care.
POV:your here because you had pulmonary stonosis
Indeed
Yep. Got the balloon procedure at 6 weeks old.
No i don’t, but my nephew has. Who is 6 years old. Is it serious? Cause doctor saying that doing surgery is required. Advise on his echocardiogram is : urgent surgical repair. Someone please inform me.
can someone tell me if its safe to consume cannabis with this condition?
Technically any smoke is harmful for you, especially if you have a compromised heart and lungs. You can look into vaping or edibles?
No, it makes it harder for your lungs and heart. It has to strain more so if you want to live longer without any health issues, stop it. Cannabis contains many chemicals (natural, but still chemicals) that make the heart-pumping harder.
shit bro i do
@@kastonian69lol 2 years later I do too😂 hella also
@@isaiah-ek4xb saaame do you have the condition.
