Android Box MX4 (RK3229). Out of order. No HDMI-Signal.

Android Box MX4 (RK3229) bought at Gearbest. Out of order. No HDMI-Signal.
First the MX4 Android Box bought at Gearbest is shown. There is no HDMI Signal. Tried to reset it - nothing hapens.
Second i put another Andoid box, the MXQ-4k (also RK3229), on the same cables, same AC power, and it boots up normally.

Changed the HDMI cable, still no signal. Changed the power supply, works perfectly!

I had the same problem. I Buy a 5A power supply and it works only One day

That was the problem for me too.
You need to get a better quality HDMI cable first, it didn't work at all with the original.
After pressing the restart button, I just unplugged the hdmi cable and plugged it back in, it was okay. I used to do it with the power cord, but it didn’t help.

i had the same problem i tried to replace hdmi cable it did not work i tried it on another tv it did not work . the problem is you think your box is working perfectly bcz the blue light in the front but its not , the real problem was in my case in the power adapter it is written on the power adapter 5 volt 2 amp but the problem it gives you 5 volts but not 2 amps so som functions on your box works bcz they dont need 2 amps like the blue light in the front but others wont . so i tried a power adapter with 1 amp it showed the logo at the beginning then it disconnects so i tried one with 2 amps so it works perfectly.

I KNOW THE PROBLEM U PROBABLY CANT READ WHAT IT SAIS ON THE SCREEN ITS IN GERMAN AND PRESSING THE WRONG BUTTON...LOL
