VONTAR X96 mini doesn't turn on

Vontar x96 mini Android player does not start.
Just red led light always on and nothing.
Anyone know solution for this issue? Thanks for any help.

Seller didn't responce anymore to resolve problem.

You should flash Rom to this with USB burning tools and you should USE USB male to male first find Rom after open USB burning tools and connect to PC with male to male USB and connect to x96mini after go burning tools settings select import Rom image and start

I also have one of this with a same condition, after a while searching on internet... The answer is my stb was brick, there was some method to unbrick it but it need some electronic knowledge and luck.
Better take it to service centre or thrrow it away (i prefer the second lol).

Till today I didn't find out how to reset or re-install software even If I buy cable to connect and get software.
When I start installing new rom always failed. I tried few different app and always same story.
The light still on. If someone have scheme of this board is welcome.

I throw in a trash after checking 2 cables and so many softwares to flash back... If I get manual from dealer or manufacturer how to hard reset on motherboard will maybe go through. Good luck.
