Actually the tempory fire threshold or whatever is a decoding buff after kiting the hunter for a certain amount of time as its a blue icon in game.
So far there's no nerf or buff for the new survivor, I do hope his aim would be the same range as Norton magnet tho or at least add one more airbag
Ye they don't usually announce nerfs or buffs this early into things, but the way things are looking, he'll probably get a small buff

Camping is the only way how hunters have any chance of winning n pro players use camping, its a core mechanic in the game
