The lambo has nothing to do with it.. there’s no monthly payment.
It’s a depreciating asset and should shayt hit the fan you’ll get owned on it. Not to be negative but spending that much on a car is not wise. I’ve been close to pulling the trigger but then I wake up and think do I really need/want it or is it one of those buys you think will make you happy.
@@Xtri0s True but if he paid cash then he can stand to hold onto it. They generally don't depreciate by a large margin unless you're daily driving it.
@chakits1 The Lambo has everything to do with it. You're living beyond your means. It's all good for you when Real Estate is booming, but the harsh reality you need to accept is that those days are over.
U should never own a car worth a third of ur property let alone more than ur property… however, if u take good care of it, it actually appreciates in value… not all vehicles obviously can do that lol but everyone has a different path to get to where u want to go in life… u gotta respect that! But this is for everyone: During good times u stash cash for when the bad times come so u can dominate… if u do very good in a year, u don’t go splurge that same year… honestly u should pay attention to the global liquidity cycles and know when the shmita’s come and mid shmita’s begin… 💪👊

Hi Chakits, don't worry as your wife said. I been watching you for 6 yrs approximately, when i do. When you said about the man at the store trusting you to pay at a later time, i was given the opportunity to charge pizzas from a local pizza store when i needed too. They didn't know anything of me but let me do that , all thanks be to God i prayed about it and God answered. I ran bills up to $800 a month for pizza deliveries. For a few years that was my main source of food. They trusted me to pay my bill every month and of course i did. But i also learnt not to trust everyone. That is another story. Pray and trust God always. God is amazing. God bless you and your journey and your loved ones, peace and blessings to you's. God bless that man at the store your aquaintance friend who trusts you. That was very nice of him to do that, pay later for you.

@followtheleader61 Absolutely. However, many illegals are condemned, solely because they escaped into the U. S. Most are hard working and scared. The last thing most want to do is commit crimes. The rhetoric of Trump has many believing the illegal aliens are rapists, murderers, etc. He based his whole campaign on making Americans fear the illegals. He did this because he doesn't know what he's doing and igniting fear in the voters is a time honored tradition in the worst kind of candidate and the people who blindly follow him.

@followtheleader61 This story wasn't about the illegal immigrants. However, illegal immigrants are much less likely to commit crimes, than citizens. Of course the have committed the crime of crossing the border illegally, but often times they are trying to save their own lives, or just trying to save their own lives. It's a heartbreaking situation.
Yeah, I can relate. My happiness depends on how successful I am and how much money I can make. Regardless of if I have enough money in savings or not. It's actually a pretty sad mentality, TBH but there's nothing I can really do about it. That's how I was built from the factory.

In any industry, whenever people start buying lambos you should take that as a top signal and prepare for a downtrend. I've seen it too many times. Interest rates aren't coming down, and we are in for a lot of hurt in 2025 and beyond. Best of luck bro.

If you think your situation is bad now, wait until 2025. Btw, it's not a weird market. It's now a more normal RE market. The last several years were highly irregular. It's not normal for real estate to go up 40-100% in just a couple years. Living beyond your means is also putting stress on you. Get rid of your Lambo and Escalade and get something more practical. Make your own meal prep instead of using a chef. Buy your drinks at a grocery store instead of at a 7-11. I'll bet there are a lot more things in your life you are wasting money on. The last 4 years were feast and the next several years are going to be famine. Stop trying to impress others with your lifestyle and just save your money for retirement.

I'm still trying to find a buyer for the Vegas Pay domains. Once that sells, I'll need something up in Mt. Charleston that works for my family. So if you got the right person at the right time there would be room to get you a commission on that. I could stamp you in as a percentage owner of the LLC at the point of sale.
The way I see it, MGM and Caesar's were held up for 30 million ransomware attack. Caesar's paid 15 million. MGM refused and lost 100 million. So from that we know the money is there.
I've got the guy who will negotiate the price for me. He's the best in sales I ever knew. And one percent is owned by Annie Lobert's charity. So there is still a piece to break off for you if you know the contact who will buy it. I am looking for a large corporation who will make it into a Las Vegas Branded FinServ product like Apple Pay. And such a finserv product would likely be acquired and traded by billionaires. My price can be passed on to the following buyer.
"Vegas" is more like a public domain or community brand than it is a corporate trademark. "Vegas Pay" can't exist because if I get emails with company private information or if I get accidental emails with customer sensitive information then I will send it to American Consumer Protect Regulators. Lawyers won't let anybody call themselves Vegas Pay because of the risks of fines from regulators.
There will be no Vegas Pay until I get paid. And you could get paid too. An ownership certificate with my LLC stamp and my fingerprints would hold up in court. So there would be not much way for me to cheat you out of your cut.

Broseph. You got money sitting in savings giving you that .02% return and you’re in real estate!! Get on them tax deeds brethren!! My dad is a surgeon on the verge of retiring and I jumped in and started doing tax deeds with him without any knowledge and we’re buying and wholesaling 2-3 homes a month. Profit is looking like anywhere between 10-20K a property on average in a falling market! I _know_ you have the knowledge to do that with ease! Make that money work for you; wholesale a couple of deeds a year and make up for any foreseeable dip you may have in the future!! Respect bro I love your channel. Been watching for a while, dreaming of Vegas from over here in Wacklahoma hahaha ✊🏿🫡
