Yeah, but not like this - the only think the G915 needs a proper successor - with better battery (like ASUS), USB-C, hot-swap switches and double-shot keycaps at default - boom winner keyboard that can last you decade - pure perfection.

What is the battery life like on this? I only charge my G915 once every other month or so since I keep the LEDs off. I want to get this since the the G915 has terrible keycaps but if the battery life isn't great then I'll wait for like a year once it hits a big sale.
I mean how is the battery with the LEDs off. The G915 has it listed as 40 hours but lights off the life is much longer. I think the estimated battery life in GHUB is like 1200 hours. While that number can't be totally accurate I have owned it for just over a year and I've only charged it 3 or 4 times. Even if the G515 gets half of that performance that would be fantastic. @@HAVOK
The G915 was definitely due for a refresh. The ABS keycaps did not age well.

The G515 is a massive upgrade to the G915 in most ways. A few less features, but built way better, with better switches and keycaps.

Can i use it purely wired with no dongle? Does it turn on when it gets power from pc or do i have to turn it on like g915?
yes it can be used as a wired keyboard
