- In this video I'm showing you what happens when I remove the cinematic camera from certain super skills in the game (both level 1 and level 3) , which results in being able to see and record how characters truly behave during the sequence and how and when they are animated or become idle.
This also applies to the effects, and by removing the camera you can clearly see how textures and particles unfold and behave over the course of the cinematic sequence.

I think what’s happening here is that a premade animation is called to the front of the screen at that specific point in the attack, and it seems to happen with a number of other effects and transitions as well
Its frankly a *genius* combination of animation techniques

Most mind blowing part is how random this looks now, but looks perfectly normal when vieuwed from various angles.
Makes complete sense though. Playing the game, you're only going to be viewing from that angle, so why waste precious dev time making it look good from angles you'll only see if you mod the game.

@@joelnelson4228 more angles means camera rotation.FZ doesn't allow to fly,it doesn't allow to transform,and thanks to them not implementing more angles,it doesn't even allow to rotate the camera to change visuals.

@gnome from pinkerton I think you've misunderstood me a bit. I meant that, in recreating a lot of iconic shots, being smart with their animation was necessary, and I think it's really cool.
Unbelivable that Vegito is actually Goku and Vegeta inside a game character. It seems like magic.
The way the Final Kamehameha is done with Goku and Vegeta's models being off screen and doing the full animation alongside Vegito is cool af

Yeah its all about the camera, kinda, but also theres reasons why, like, why does goku and vegeta spawn in during the vegito animation, ive seen this with other games as i've modded them a lot and its all in a scripted code
