You've finished two whole armies without playing a single game?! Wow that's crazy! It's like you're stockpiling food for the apocalypse! Get out there and roll some dice soldier! 💪😅
Working on a 3,000 point black templar army myself and been trying to soak in what I can before I play my First game. So I don't look like a lost puppy when I go to my local gaming store😂
Never thought I'd even consider getting into learning the rules for the tabletop, but your videos are very well put together, so I'm actually able to learn about it. keep up the great work :)
Thank you so much! 😊 You should definitely get involved in our TTS tournies starting in Feb next year! Heaps of nice players from around the world that help each other learn!
I love coming in part way through a tutorial and not having the context from the previous part of the discussion. That was sarcasm this type of content doesn't belong in shorts.
Exactly right! The best advantage really is that you can move them to shoot a little bit more easily, but if you don't kill what you're shooting at. They're coming straight back at you!
That’s not right, the titanic units don’t have to have the towering keyword, an example of this could be the baneblade chasis or the Astreus if u like sm
@@Barnyard-Wargaming the thing that gives you the special sight rules is the towering keyword the titanic keywords only affect deployment, overwacht and doing actions and shooting
Why don’t they put destructive terrain an cause it to fall on units or make it impossible to hid. Or is the terrain invincible. I know in bolt action you can cause the structure to fall so there is no building to hid in. Just wondering when gw will catch up to that.
Honestly knights and ONLY knights/Titanic units should be able to see through buildings DUE to how tall and massive they are, it would give them something unique and they're not particularly good so i don't see this rule breaking the game for them, just give them a -1 to hit when shooting through a building at a target on the opposite side NOT inside said building to give emphasis on the structure obscuring but not blocking sight.
@@Barnyard-Wargaming yeah but the armigers are "Good" because the knights are just so bad. The bar for knights is so low, the Armigers can step over it to be above it.
Tbf, if that knight truly put their pinky toe in the terrain, the terrain would be gone
Damn straight! 😅
Thanks for your vids actually great format, these small sclips with actual exmples of the situation. Great work
Very happy that they're working! Thanks for the comment! 😁💪
I'm learning alot from you. Already finished two armies and never played a game yet. You're getting me ready for sure. I appreciate it

3000 points as your first game! My friend! Dial it back or you'll be there all day! 😅 Sounds very cool though! You got this 💪

That's awesome! Glad to hear it! You should give it a go, it's great fun! 😁
As a knight player, and a relatively new player, the terrain rules have been very confusing. Thank you for clarifying
You're so welcome! 🤗
These short videos are great to share with my game group thanks dude.
My friend you are so welcome! Happy I can help out! 😁
Just found your channel and love your content as I’m just getting back into 10th. Also love your army paint schemes

The good part is if they can see you your units can see them
It's a two way street!

My analytics definitely say otherwise ha!
if the knight is toeing the terrain the tank only needs TLOS to shoot it, no?
Yep! You got it!
Why not just shine a light through the Terrain? To see if it sees through?
People do use laser lights for line of sight, but it's not always needed 😁
@@Barnyard-Wargaming That's pretty cool!
Question if the knight is toeing in the building and can see the tank can the tank see him as well?
Absolutely!
once he touches the plate, can't he be seen? And the top of the knight seeing the tank, if the knight can see, it can be seen too right?
Ye he sure can, as long as you have line of sight to it. If something can shoot usually it can be shot at too. Only main exception really is lone op
@@TheBluBrawler so basically, there is no unfair advantage here. If it can shoot, so can your enemy. Minus range debuffs like lone op.

That's very true, but it's easier to explain it via the towering keyword.

They've tried it in the past but it was overly complicated and hard to balance so they faded it away.
@ thank you for explaining that I’m just trying to learn the rules better

The big knights certainly need something special because at the moment the armigers are just so much better!

2nd edition rules were better
My friend that was 8 editions ago! You've gotta give 10th more of a try!
