LOVEBITES is a five-member all-female, Japanese heavy metal band with deep musicianship (plus classical music/piano background). They transcend gender, genre, and geography, with some 60 songs in their discography. They won Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for Best New Band (2018), toured with Dragonforce (2019), first female Japanese band to perform at Wacken Open Air (Germany) and others in Europe, and are unusual among Japanese bands in choosing to sing in English plus good lyrics (a daunting task for native Japanese speakers). They play a variety of heavy metal styles and are heavily influenced by NWBHM, especially Iron Maiden and the "big four" thrash metal bands. Their live performances are best: Their 4th STUDIO ALBUM, 2023 (Judgement Day; highly acclaimed (wiki), Guitar Solos galore): Judgement Day (music video) from their latest album, 2023 (power-thrash-symphonic metal): ua-cam.com/video/m3uGjp-P7DI/v-deo.html Stand and Deliver (music video) ua-cam.com/video/4ImGA7cPyrs/v-deo.html Soldier Stands Solitarily (thrash-speed - audio) : ua-cam.com/video/jeL6FHQ01V4/v-deo.htmlsi=g4Gif3cPVwUpnDzR Wicked Witch (audio): ua-cam.com/video/WBxZE4J40Uw/v-deo.htmlsi=2lMMfTSzJ3fFdOrW SHOW OPENERS: Thunder Vengeance (thrash - show opener): ua-cam.com/video/yWE7PqCpGi4/v-deo.html ; The Hammer of Wrath: ua-cam.com/video/pHrWRT0Jeac/v-deo.html. Music is a very subjective matter, it depends on personal preferences. In my opinion, it’s kind of nonsense trying to compare Lovebites vs Band-Maid vs Nemophila because their styles are different and I enjoy all of them and so many more. In this particular case, Lovebites is my No. 1, but I also like Band-Maid and Nemophila so much. Other Japanese bands that I also like are Asterism, Aldious, East of Eden, Show-Ya, Mardelas, X-Japan, Fate Gear, Bridear, D_Drive, Gacharic spin, Galneryius, Unluck Morpheus, Versailles, etc. Btw, last Friday was the beginning of Lovebites world tour. My next recommendations are “The hammer of wrath”, “Judgement day”, “Thunder vengeance”, “Break the wall”, “Set the world on fire” (all live) Last but not least, unfortunately the quality of the music video was too bad. I really don’t care because I have the related Blue -ray. This concert (“Five of a kind”, Japan, 2020) is phenomenal.
Yeah. I had to be on my laptop for this one unfortunately it was extremely loud in my headphones not sure what happened. But I'll be at my main desk this week
Low visits number cause wrong name band... Is Lovebites, just one word. This is a fine example of one wrong tittle making a huge impact in your numbers.
Well I hope you did some self-reflection while you were serving your time!😂 The Maiden comparison is not only musically correct but almost necessary since there just aren't very many female groups that play this type of music to compare them to. If I'm being completely honest, I stopped listening to metal not long after Iron Maidens' heyday. Metallica's And Justice for All was the last metal album I bought. Metal just stopped being cool to me. I really got into punk and ska-punk as it combined the aggression of punk that I liked with the grooviness of reggae that surrounded me growing up on an island For me, the fact that they're all women, Japanese women, that can shred, IS the reason I like metal again. Yes, I am a man being sexist towards men, but it's the truth. When it comes to rock and metal, I only listen and like female groups at the moment. The men still suck to me!😂 I already suggested Otoboke Beaver's (Oh-toh-boh-kay) "Love is Short" but it might be good for these duel reacts since it's got some old skool Japanese horror vibes to it. Nore Love Bites? M.D.O. is a good one!👍👊
i hope what you were hearing through your headphones was not the same thing that we were hearing. not to rip your reaction but it was almost to the point of being unwatchable. good reaction but dreadful sound. sorry
@@KitzMoMediaGroup glad to hear that - i've seen this song reacted to a thousand times so i know it by heart - so it was not that big a deal for me. but it's nice to know that you got the full awesome power of LOVEBITES !!

What’s wrong with the sound, some kind of floating croaking sound from the performers?
Not exactly sure whst happened. The sound was fine in the headphones. Definitely getting this fixed
