I was fascinated by how Yoruba Orishas and traditions have shaped the religion, and how it is a vital part of the region's spiritual identity. This experience not only expanded my knowledge but also humbled me, challenging my assumptions and leaving me with a newfound thoughts about diversity of Yoruba culture and its influence on Voodoo in West Africa.
