Thanks Tom for these incredible binaural pads! This is certainly the best preset purchase that I have made in recent times. I began to mark each of the ones I liked but then gave up...they were all so amazing!
These are gorgeous, thanks for offering these, I will definitely purchase!
Great to hear you like them 🙂
These are beautiful and amazing soundscapes! A "Must Have" for me :)
So good to hear Rob 🙂
Purchased!
Insta-buy, as always! Amazing job Tom!
Thanks Julius, I hope you're enjoying them!
I purchased the presets right after you released them. I am very pleased. You make the most useful presets I have purchased. You make Pigments sound like I hoped it would sound when I purchased it. It's now my favorite synth partly because of your presets.
I got an email about the set later mentioning extra wav sounds that were available with the early purchase. Where are they located? Are they already in the download or are they a separate download.
Thanks.
Great sounds! but why you didn't play any chords, just single notes?
Are they too heavy to play a chord?
Hi Tom - what headphones and headphone amp did you use when creating these, ie what's the best way to hear exactly what you created.
sorry but I hear just a mild 3d effect on some of the patches and very standard stereo for the others, i am using good headphones...
Shocked. Shocked and stunned, I say.
The binaural effect is intentionally subtle - rather than creating big auto-pan sweeps, the binaural aspect of the presets is randomised and scattered around the spectrum using the granular engine, all while rooted around a stereo sound to keep it glued together. This means that the presets still sound great on speakers (often not the case with binaural audio), but have an extra dimension on headphones. I guarantee that if you put them up next to stereo textural presets, you'll hear the difference 🙂
Koz I did'nt find it, would you mind to tell us how much disk space do we need to welcome this sample bank on our HD, please ?
436 MB 🙂
Thank you ! ;) @@TomWolfeSynth 🙃
