You are much more humble, I just to say you are making a difference...big difference... You are doing a REALLY good thing and a really good job. Thank you very very much! From the bottom of my heart.
Enchancing the sensitivity is one of the goals of Chi Sao..techniques will become intuitive and a matter of muscle memory when one is good. The person with better sensitivity will always win when the hand crosses one another because he will be in control and always intercepts the other person's move. It's the same principle with Tai Chi and other traditional Chinese Martial Arts that practice hand sensitivity. Many ppl dont understand this and thought that the martial artist is memorising techniques. Btw, another awesome video by Sifu Adam.
always forward energy/pressure. you will counter faster than his trapping when you have forward energy… subtle but always forward. they will feel that pressure
Outstanding!! Just outstanding!! Although you have complete understanding of of traditional Wing chun but I guess there is lot of Jesse Glover influence in your expression and style. You are very close to the Jkd concept of adaptive formlessness in your expression. Eeeeeeexcellent for your age. Respects to your Masters!! Regards.
This is so good! 👊
do you know wing chun?
When are you going to make a Video together? I'd love to see that! 🙂🙏

I agree with the idea of not memorizing techniques but principles. I teach the same way with forms.

I enjoy your Kung Fu content more than anyone else’s on UA-cam. I respect your skill and your understanding of principles.
Excellent video by an excellent kung fu master.

Mr. Chan, what do you think of the JKD concept of Fistic Law?
Can you recommend a source to learn about pose training?
I believe he’s talking about post training. Standing stake is a pose held in Chen tai chi.
