Im not too sure for your JC, but for my JC at least J1 was still relatively ok and isnt too bad. The culture shock only comes in J2 which was the Hell year where the sch desperately rush to finish the 'A' level syallbus. J1 still can afford to rest and chill a little, J2 was a life and death struggle for survival right from the start to the end of 'A' levels.

someone help me please;-; i am studying as level right now and my boards are coming up but i am still not sure about what career path i want to follow or the subjects required.... i am taking physics,maths,computer,business and english. i am interested in business but as well as engineering. ok let me be honest yes i would love to do architectural or internal design engineering however business has my heart. my parents are fully supportiven and will accept whatever i study but they come from uneducated background so i don't have that much information. what i wanted to ask is that what's the difference between econs and maths. if i drop maths and study econ instead will it be okay??
@@spudstudy Oh I see. I guess it is a committee comprising of elected students to take care of student welfare in the school. During my school days, there was no student council. We only had prefectorial board where prefects mainly help to maintain discipline in the school. I think there is no such prefect role these days?

HMM i thinm that dropping econs is more worth it bc maths can help you secure more uni courses!
