Poetic justice, This is a smart man. Congo's best solution is itself. If you can't get along with your neighbors. Maybe its best to avoid them. Put proper strong borders in the east of Congo. in the words of Donal trump "we building a wall"
The Rwanda President is willing to work on it , to resolve the problems , working with DRC and bring peaceful to DRC nation. But does the President of DRC committed for the searching peace of the own nation?
I always like what this great man has to say. However, Rwanda lost the opportunity back the in the late 1990s to address this problem once and for all!! Sadly, Rwanda will pay heavily for that mistake… and despite such price,, Rwanda will always prevail.
