- President Kagame extensively spoke about the persistent accusations that Rwanda causes instability in DRC to steal the country’s minerals, stating that “we are not thieves.” “One thing we are not and that makes us resilient, is that we are not thieves. We work for what we have and what we get,” President Kagame, adding that the progress Rwanda has made in the past decades was out of hard work.

I think that for as long as the intentions and actions to steal mineral wealth remain, those problems will remain or recure.
FDLR and M23 are Rwandese and therefore must leave Congolese territory. All Congolese tribes are well known and there's no tribe called tutsi on congo.
Colonialists drew boundaries based on their interests. Many tribes belonging to a region were cut off from their traditional lands such as the Tutsi's who before colonization lived in modern day Congo territory. This problem is all over Africa. The only difference is that where there is no discrimination there is no armed struggle.

I believe the UN benefits from the conflict. How many years (and how much money) has the United Nation been in the DRC to "help"?.....20 years & $20 million US dollars at least!. And the Congolese have little to nothing on of value to show for it.

DRC is Congo since 1885 which was and remains 2.345 Km2 of territory with 450 ethnics. Rwanda - Urundi ( current Burundi ) territory had and has its boundaries since 1885.
The economic migration due to politic instabilities in Rwanda or need of work force in DRC doesn't make our neighbors to become Congolese. How can Tutsi / Hema/ Hutu/ Mbororo in Congolese territory become Congolese , killing us for our wealth ,claiming parts of our land to be yours ? You dont become the first world exporter of something if you dont have enough of it: And Taiwan does not export coltan, cause they dont have enough, Taiwan imports a little coltan to make computer chips, no there is not enough coltan in Rwanda from those parts of Rwanda that you just cited that can be exported. England does not have enough gold to become first world exportator of gold, England imports gold to store it. Kagame just said here himself "Rwanda doesnt have mines for exportation" (there is almost no coltan in those places that you cited), so Rwanda cannot be the first exportator of coltan unless it takes it from somewhere else; Blinken and the US just reminded everyone 3 weeks ago at the US-Africa summit that DR Congo has 70 percent of the world coltan (not 68 but 70 percent!) ! The independent investigation from different countries compiled in what's called "the U.N. independent mapping report on DRC" (easily accessible on the internet) details so many the proofs of all the stealing and invasions done by Rwanda in DR Congo, so stop all your non-sense, this speech is only gonna be believed by those who dont do research and those who dont read the proofs in many reports. On top o that, there are new evidences everyday that Rwanda backs up M23.
