Also curious as to why you prefer looking at the properties in Zillow over Privy. Privy already includes each address link in the exported file, so it would be more efficient as well. I’m new to wholesaling and just trying to learn at this point. Appreciate your info!
we're always scaling to refine the process. Dan uses Zillow mainly because it's what's most comfortable and the lowest barrier of entry in general for newer business owners to scale (ie: teach a VA to handle a great deal of this). You're absolutely right - you can use Privy, and if you have MLS access where you're investing you can use that too. We're rolling out a lot more on how we use Privy where we'll share slightly different perspectives that different team members use. For us, we have a dedicated underwriter that will have their eyes on each of the opportunities, so our goal with this step is to be as quick as possible. I've seen videos for privvy where the buyer builds some rapport with the realtor first. Sort of like a discovery call. Your way is great for numbers, but I think it would look somewhat robot like when there is no communication with the realtor first.

This is Christian (I'm one of the founders), so I'll have to ask my team about the specific numbers of offers out and offers accepted, but I can tell you that it's an unsurprisingly lower accepted offer percentage. But, we continue to refine it - and actually Brad Garcia (also a founder), is following up this training with more details and numbers - at this point it's just a matter of getting that content turned around. UPDATE: I've been working this system for over a month now and have had to terminate 6 contracts!! (Insert ugly cry). I'm writing this because I believe this system COULD work, but it needs tweaking. REIME guys...PLEASE help me to tweak this system! So here's what happened: The initial letter that you send out to selling agents offers a genius but random amount created by Dan (which I appreciate but definitely has some flaws). The system is effective in that it bring sellers to you - which is great for stay at home mamas like myself...with no time to make daily calls. But those sellers are looking for you to make good on your offer, even if you later discover that it's not a deal. That's been my challenge. Sending emails without first comping the actual deal. So once I brought the contracted deals to my dispo partners, they told me EITHER RENEGOTIATE OR TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT. It's been a rough month, guys. But I'm so close. I know it. I just need an actual REIME person to help me navigate this. Christian, Chris, Brad...don't leave me hanging guys! Putting it out there...how can I schedule a call????

How do you change the formula to include properties under $50K? I get a #NUM error on properties that were imported under that amount.
