As someone in FAANG, this is cool to see. I've been in office from 2013-2020, and coming back to office has been a unique experience. I appreciate WFH and WFO

@@maestreiluminati87 I'd say it depends on what team/role you're looking to join. Honestly, there are TONS of entry level spots that are almost too easy, but then some on other teams that the bar isn't consistent. We/they typically do an online assessment first, followed by a phone screen, then a loop. As long as you keep your compsure/walk through your implementations it's not too difficult.

This is pretty similar to my days going into the office. My team hired lots of folks remotely during the pandemic, so I basically go into the office and end up sitting alone / calling into meetings the same way I would if I were at home.
The office amenities are definitely nice, but idk if they're worth the idle time from 8:30-9:30, which is usually my most productive hour of the day at home.

Meanwhile I work from home and in Job 1 work a straight 8-9 hours and I'm lucky if I can take many break even though my kitchen is in spitting distance. Job 2 is 3-5 hours with a 5 minute break.
