A very insightful and informative video, many thanks! I just did my first table in London last weekend, and I was really blown away by the interaction and experience I recieved. I've been looking at ideas for table layouts and items to sell since March, sadly I didn't have the time to get many of them done in time but I'm continuing to look for future conventions, so I really appreciate your rundown of popular items and things you've seen.
    Great video!

Thank you so much! If you are looking for display inspiration I highly recommend the channel mualcaina she has a few reviews on her channel. The next video in the megacon series will cover some displays I found and got consent to share! Should be up in the next week or so.

Thank you! this is part one of many videos about the megacon artist alley. The original video was over and hour long & was taking way to long to edit soooo I decided to break them up in to multiple videos instead. I believe the answer to one of your question is in part 4. Ill be sure to tag you in it so you can get your answer!!

@vulpipunk thank you so much. I'm having con in 2 months (also will be my last one this year, due to pregnancy) so the tips here are extremely useful.

The issue with enamel pins as well isn't so much the cost per item, as acrylic charms cost almost the same per item to get manufactured. The issue comes with the minimum order quantity. I don't think I've researched a single manufacturer that has a MOQ less than 100, so you HAVE to order 100 at least to get any. I'd be curious how acrylic pins are doing, though. Those have a much lower MOQ and you can use as many colors as you like.

That is very true! I think the lowest quantity I saw was 50 from sites like vograce and wizard pins but it also cost more per pin to. Everything is expensive 😩

Thanks for this! I was actually planning to do the biggest art con here in Japan, but you actually have to do a freaking raffle to get in! However, I have considered going back to the States to do some cons, so this is useful to me.

That is awesome this helped out! & Woah, they do a raffe system for that insane event! Good to know. If you are looking for more display information I recommend Mualcaina. She has a few videos where she reviewed her subscribers display and has great advice to share ☺️
