I have been looking for trampoline workouts like this for years. I don’t know how I missed yours but please don’t stop them from coming. Are used to do Tracy Anderson’s cardio workouts and it screwed up my joints and the trampoline has been my saving grace. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate these workouts! Please keep them coming and don’t it make too many shorter than 30/40 minutes! I love the weight “training” inclusion as well.
I am 53 and part of a 40+ Double Dutch Club. Already feeling like these workouts will increase my stamina to jump, hop scotch, and hula hoop with my 40+ ladies‼️ ❤️🖤❤️🖤

Loved this workout! I already feel my mood is lifted and I'm ready for the day. I took off yesterday and boy, I felt it. I was so moody and had zero energy. Finally bought a rebounder! This was the first workout I tried. So different and so much fun to do. I felt my whole body and core really working throughout. I will definitely be trying some longer ones. 😊

@@MichelleBriehler Full body workouts using the rebounder for the cardio/plyometrics portion, are always good. Since rebounding in general works the legs and butt, my preference is to add upper body and deep core rather than more lower body elements. BTW, the typewriter is a really fun move 🙂!
