    Hi
    Can you do a video on your full workout ?
    Ive been bulking up ALOT over the last 10 months, so i know my core is strong enough now. Gone from a 140kg ish deadlift to a 215kg deadlift and not sure what i startet on in squats, but can do 173kg now for 1 rep
    But i dont really know where to go from here. Want to incoporate more speed workout into my weekly tranning

      Absolutely. I’m very busy next 2 weeks but then planning to ramp out lots of the fitness and speed session videos. You are definetly strong enough to hit those speed sessions now. Main thing is trying to be fresh for the speed sessions.
      Will put out my plyometrics and speed training I do very soon.
      See how fast we can get this winter :)
      And need that strength you have back now lol
