@@RobotMasters yep they are lol. I got Samsung Navibot S sr8980 with self-emptying dock, and I throught, how big that thing is, and I see this is much bigger haha.
No these type of mopping system apply fresh water onto the pad. It recommended to have the robot go back and wash the pad after 250 sqft of coverage. Only the Roborock G10 and Ecovacs OMNI X1 have a auto refilling water tank.
My yeedi I just started tonight and it was really annoying. It kept getting stuck on everything :( it didn’t know where to find it’s charging station either
i heard that the yeedi has problem with dark room , since it using camera based sensor ? so when the room is dark, it going to slam arround ? will you inform us ?
@@EmilioYoutub1985 Well the Yeedi is cheaper than the other models. There some nice features like the Carpet Avoidance while mopping and simpler user interface on the Mopping Station. Also the Yeedi has a spinning extractor bar that the Narwal lacks. As for navigation the others use Lidar based navigation where as the Yeedi relies on a camera system. If your house has a lot obstacles aka furniture than I would recommend getting a Lidar based model.
Thanks, I don’t have much obstacles in my house so it would be fine. Is it for cleaning similar to the w10? I know narwal sucks for carpet and I have one carpet. The w10 isn’t for sale yet in Europa but I think it’s going to be expensive.
These are still good robots. The new ones have obstacle avoidance systems to help avoid POO and other objects. Also they are combining self emptying and washing into one docking station.
@@RobotMasters i need it to the smoking room (it have a lot of natural dust and smoking ashes, and small dirt from shoes from people walking there) - but no big dirt, no carpets, no kid/animals poo etc, and not so many objects as well, like some chairs, table, nothing special because smoking room have strong ventilation - there is HIGH amount of natural small dust (and ashes, again :) ) what do you think is mop station enough for maintaining such room or better to get a combo station?
@@ActionlessLoveless Yeah you pay a premium for self emptying and washing combo. I recommend getting a cheaper self emptying like the Arnagar S8 Pro and go with a self washing robot like the Yeedi or the w10. You can save a few hundred if you don’t mind having two robots.
Hmmm not sure I completely understand your question. Is the 2nd room on the same map, but divided by carpet? If so that you have to physically move the robot to the other room and install the mopping pads. The robot can’t transition over carpet with the mopping pads on. If is on a different level, than you would need to create a new map.
We have the Narwal right now but the no carpet detector is super annoying plus not being able to vacuum carpet is a huge miss. Do you think the Dreametech W10 is a huge improvement over the Narwal? Also does the W10 have a carpet sensor? The vacuum part looks super solid.
From the few weeks I have tested the W10, spec wise is the most powerful and capable mopping/vacuuming robot. The carpet avoidance feature works well and you do have to physically remove the mopping pads if you want to vacuum carpets. The Vacuum part is around 4,000 Pa which is above what a typical high end robot vacuum has. As for a comparison to the Narwal I would say the cleaning mechanics and the carpet sensor is a big plus. I find the navigation to be better on the W10 especially if you have a island style layout which confuses the Narwal in the initial mapping process. One thing to note is the Narwal has official cleaning detergent pads where as the W10 just relies on water.
Yikes, Dreame W10 is like 1090 dollars! Can't wait for Roborock to release a self-washing robot to the US.
Ohhhh 🤭, yes they are crazy expensive. Sometimes you can find a discount but still at $800 it still too expensive
@@RobotMasters yea
Yes but Narwal and the other dream robot of this type are same price. We will have to wait a couple years and price will go down.

Uau. Louco.
I needed this because I need a new robot mop and I have been looking at these
They are convenient, but comes at a price. There are some good mopping/vacuuming robots like the Roborock S7.
Good job on the review! Interested to see what you think about the W10, just ordered one.
Oh wow, I will have my W10 review out Monday 😂
Do you think we will see a self emptying mop in the $500 or less range within the next few years? Right now it's hard to justify the price.
Yeah in a few years I suspect it will be less than $500. Lidar based Robots a few years ago are around $800 now you can get them for $150
If it helps Narwall has a Black Friday deal for $799 for their mop.
@@RobotMasters Ordered for $600, going to use it for mopping only

Yes a few mopping robots have this, Ecovacs, Yeedi, and the International Version of the Roborock
can you do a video focusing on the Dreametech W10?
Hello yes my in-depth review video will be out this Monday.
OMG you have got the Dreame Bot W10😍

Hi Nate, how many maps can Yeedi Mop Station saves? And how about Dreame W10?
Yeedi I believe only a single map, the W10 is around 4 saved maps if I recall.

Hahaha makes that look small. Can’t imagine how large the combination Self Emptying and Washing Base will be 🤔
Does the 3500ml clean water tank refills the smaller 200ml water tank on the robot when it docks?

@@RobotMasters thank you I’m going to retry tomorrow. :)
I have all hard floors with no mats or carpets. Could I get by with just the Yeedi Mop station and no vacuum cleaner?
Yes, but with all these robotic cleaners it recommended to use an upright vacuum occasionally for a deep clean.
@@RobotMasters I do already have an upright vacuum cleaner, so that answers my question. Thank you!
I don’t know Whitch one to get, what would you suggest yeedi or the dreame w10?
My choice would be the W10. I found the navigation to be better and the App to have more features.
@@RobotMasters how does it work cause I see it doesn’t have the water tank
It pretty wet the mopping pads than once they dry up goes back washed them and continues on cleaning them. Yes there no on board water tank.
@@RobotMasters ah ok and is the battery life good?
Do you find that it does a good gob that it doesn’t have the water tank on the robot itself that it goes back and forth to the base to wash the pads?
What you recommend? The yeeti mop station or the roborock s7?
Hmmmm if you are looking for a self washing robot and vacuum the DreameTech W10 a good option. If that not a big deal breaker than get the S7

will you inform us ?
Yes it needs some light for it to navigate, will bump into objects. Might want to look at the DreameTech W10 has good obstacle avoidance.
Can you add cleaning solution to the Yeedi?
You could use the iRobot cleaning solution, there no official cleaning solution provided by Yeedi.
Price for Yeedi mop station 650euro incl.taxes
