It would be helpful to have the price, weight, and viewing range of each of these, otherwise it's a pointless review.

Probably the best universal compromise for the compact monocular would be around 4-12x28, so 4-12 magnification range for a good compromise between low-light performance and a wide field of view for animal watching at 4x magnification coupled with the ability to boost it up to 12 magnification when the need arises for long-range scenery viewing or larger gun ranges/golfing.

I have one from Bronx Zoo, was cheap, don't remember how much it cost but it didn't cost much, but boy does it zoom in. It works like a charm.

This seems to be someone just reading the advertising literature out loud, no actual usage of the products makes it pretty useless.
I was hoping to see the actual test in this video instead of listening to the exact descriptions advertise I've read on Amazon.
I ordered a Gosky from Amazon some years ago but the logo was different from this one shown. The 'o' was stylized instead of the 's' as it is in this video. Are they different companies? Is the one with the stylized 'o' a Chinese knock off?

Rubbish buying guide. How can the 12x55 Gosky be good for hikeing and mountain climbing, as stated, when it needs a tripod to get a useable, steady image and it probably weighs a ton!
The silliness at 9:32 of showing what the objects would look like at 500m, 750m, and 1000m is laughable. None of the objects, the so called chimney the bird of prey or the grass is from the background picture. I mean, the fake chimney is actually a ground level stone object with irises growing around it and of course the backgrounds are all different. Why lie?
I have just received my starscope and straight away i was disappointed. 1/ it does not look like anything shown on the video clips or like anything anyone has in in their reviews it is missing part other seem to have on their, from watching other people reviews 2/ my phone itself ,has a much better zoom then the starscope has, 3/ it took over 6 week to arrive. i would say save your money.
