isnt 4:43 a mistake is that not supposed to be to the power of -1
whenever you have 1 over something in indices it changes to power to a negative
how did you get 10 ( 3+x^2)^4 (2x)
He multiplied 2 with the power of the bracket which is 5, so 2x5 is 10
And then he differentiate the number in the brackets which equals 2x
