@@MomsGreekKitchen Yes, Demetri is how we spell it. My grandmother always called me Demetrakis...especially when she wanted me to sort out rice, beans, and lentils to get rid of stones haha. I learned a lot from her and I cook man greek dishes. As I get older I miss her more.
