Just a question i am having a problem when i have inserted my card someones my driving hours have carried over from the day before. Could you go into detail in ejecting more please
If your driving time has carried over to your next shift it sounds like you are not entering a manual entry at the start of your next shift. If you do a manual entry indicating you were on rest since you last ejected your card it will reset your driving time. Don’t just put your card in and start driving. If you drive the same vehicle all the time and it doesn’t get used by anybody else you could eject your card, put the Tacho on rest ‘til the start of your next shift. When you then put your card in at the start of your next shift it will record as rest and reset driving time, I don’t do this as if the vehicle gets moved (while you’re at home) the Tacho will record this interruption and cock up your recorded rest. The best thing to do is a manual entry every time you insert your card. You can not do a manual entry at the end of your shift. I have another video showing how to do a manual entry.
