i feel like a cool addition to this could be that when he goes backwards, instead of walking and sheathing his katana, he kinda shoots backwards with a decent amount of speed, dragging his katana along the ground, causing sparks to flare and envelop his katana, then powering it up into the schorching blade, then doing the rest of the animation with maybe some colour changes.

That looks great but I feel like it's a bit too close to Vergil. Maybe instead of basically just being Judgement Cut End, it could be like... you kick them up higher into the air and then sorta have like a longer, faster Thunder Clap and Flash 6 Fold effect where instead of purely rapid slashes, you dash around and cleave the opponent repeatedly when you rush by and THEN do the sheath thing?

None of the ultra have finishers, when they do get them, I hope this will be an inspiration.
(Garou once had a finisher for crushed rock, but it got reworked to be the normal version of crushed rock; the move still sucks for tho.)
