Watch the stance, Rome was ducked, ready to go in low. Mike stood too tall, 3 times. He got slammed because his stance didn't let him counter the charges which means he was lifted. Most street fights I've seen end when the guy gets lifted. Once you're off the ground you get thrown down then they pummel your face. Most martial arts forms counter this by having a slightly more ducked stance, when someone charges low you jump your feet back and your body forward, and you essentially tackle them since they're already low. If they aren't expecting it, it's very hard to counter.
