Jordan, do they sell Iberogast at a place like Similares or is it specialist pharmacies?
The last two times we bought it, we were at Farmacias del Ahorro and at a grocery store pharmacy.
Thank you@@TangerineTravels
Do you know what the name of that tune is at the beginning of the video?
@@moisilenceshave and a haircut, two bits.
I was in Monterrey last December and needed medicine. They told me I needed a prescription. I told them I didn't have a doctor. She took me by the hand through the door and down the side walk. Next door was a doctor's office. For a few dollars and minutes I had the script. What an Awesome Experience!
Congratulations on your marriage. Glad to see you're happy. Great content and advice, thanks so much, both of you.
Part 2 of this video is live now! You can watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/vOC9816yy64/v-deo.htmlsi=-zC78TQSE5Bow9fs
May is delightful!! Exactly why I love Mexican women !!!
Love the videos man. Both of you are great at communicating these important things for any one visiting. I live in Australia and appreciate all your very educational and entertaining videos. Have a nice day!
Thanks for all these great tips, May and Jordan.
Great info, thanks!
Good information, thanks!
Great tips, thank you both.
Mai is spot on about regulations regarding your plate and certain hours and or days you cannot be on the road. Your car will be impounded and the experience will set you back, like $1k, plus whatever is missing from the vehicle.
Great Detailed Info
I always carry Treda with me for emergencies, especially when travelling. It has come in handy in the past.
haven't seen the channel in a while but may's english is so much improved! and she's really come out of her shell.
Thanks for Sharing
Thank you for the tips!
Loved the video
So cool seeing you guys as MARRIED! I'm also part of couple from two different cultures and love the differences we both experienced. If youtube had been around at the time, it would have made for some interesting content. Thanks for making this one.
He definitely got an upgrade.
@@goombah226 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you for the “tips “ Congratulations you two 🎉🍾🤸🏿♂️ May is such a Beauty ❤️ from Puebla
You Two are adorable. Thank you for the tips.
Super good pointers:) Now go watch Part 2.
I grew up in England, and a lot of the etiquettes you mentioned are just common courtesy, and good old fashioned manners, although these days they seem thin on the ground! I was in Mexico a few years ago, and I appreciated how polite and well mannered the people were. - Beautiful country too! 💫
Wow this is really useful video! I just moved to Queretaro. Nice to meet you!
Jordan, it warms my heart when you say "my wife" and gently touch Maya's arm.
May God bless your marriage forever ❤
this is great! wow
God bless you guys, I was not really having the best of weekends but I decided to watch one of your videos to help me feel better. I don’t know what it is, maybe it’s your guys inviting vibes that you guys have but regardless thank you guys so much for making videos❤️✝️
Im glad your providing this kind of information, could be very important and helpful in avoising conflict. I think I saw one of your segments sometime ago with you indicating tgst you would shift your focus to investments or such. Maybe you will nut I hope that you still help the travelors with this kind of info
Beautiful couple!
Wow you guys make such wonderful videos together that I almost was late during my break at my job I really appreciate this new Venture you guys have making videos together and I am also very happy to see you sir , young man, with your new bride you guys look great together and you communicate and present your info. great together. I'm looking forward to visiting Mexico again thanks to your content, keep up the good work
Enjoy you guys!wow,I need those remedies here in USA 😂 u guys rock!
I remember when I just arrived in Ajijic learning about these movements. Thanks for the reminder.
I just bring charcoal capsules incase of food poisoning/ stomach distress. I had severe stomach cramps due to eating bad food and after taking 2 of these my symptoms vanished within 20 min. This supplement absorbs toxins in your stomach/intestines and then are expelled when you poo. For me it's the only thing I use for this problem. It's good to share, thank you for your input on Mexico life and I look forward to seeing your videos.
Yes! I always travel with activated charcoal capsules.
What a lovely couple !
yes, first way on a road trip in mexico is to a farmacia ...just because it's better to have this things ...after having bought this the next stop is on a taco restaurant (or cemita in puebla)
Thank you Jordan and May as always very informative video and also fun to watch.
Dear friends I have not related question, and already desperate to find an answer (also I don't speak Spanish yet. I am working in IT related field and have travel to Mexico with 2 laptops.
So, I know there is a law - 1 laptop per person when you enter to Mexico.
And last time I was forced to pay taxes ($100) for the one laptop (they didn't put any laptop info on the receipt). This month I need to go back to Canada and month after to return to Mexico with all the same 2 laptops. Is there any way to contact customs or something to do to make sure that they know that I carry those laptops from Mexico out and in?
Mexico:
Saying yes with the index finger( El Chavo del ocho is where i learned this "Si" sign) is similar than saying yes in American Sign Language done with the fist but with the same movement. Saludos!
Quieres una torta, Chavo? Si,si,si😂
I can attest to the efficacy of Treda, nice to hear about the second option!
Imodium works well too.
Watching this video made me feel like I was hanging out with two close friends! You made me feel at home.
She is a doll, congratulations again
Very informative video, thank you. I have gotten sick from the street food in Mexico but when i traveled Thailand, not once did i get sick from their street food. Maybe i was just lucky.
Congrats on your marriage!! :) I must say, we never had issues with the seafood in San Miguel de Allende, nor in Queretero, when we would travel there, because I think of the health agencies in those cities are pretty strict with the restaurants. But yeahh, honestly, I never ate the street food--didn't trust that! ;) But I never got sick when I lived there, not from the food! :D
Thank you! I don't think I've had issues with seafood inland either. With that said, if you're not by the coast, it's probably not going to be as fresh as in a coastal city.
Seafood on the street is indeed a gamble.
Congratulations 🎉. Great video as always!
I enjoyed the whole video and I agree with her 100% 🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰
Great tips!
The last time I was in Cancun, there was a jacked up 4x4 Chevy Silverado with Tennessee tags driving on Isla Mujeres.
You can get a temporary import permit to safely drive your car there. I've actually done that and had my US plated car in the Cancun area.
Wow, when you pull your hair back like you have here, it opens up your gorgeous eyes and that color orange on you is amazing. Perfect for Tangerine Travels. I was going to come to Mexico to find the most beautiful woman. But now you got married, what a lucky guy. Now i have to find another country to travel too. Good luck you guys.
❤🎉 Jordan, I love your kind, beautiful, intelligent and loving wife! So happy you two found eachother! I hope her family accepts you lovingly also!!!❤🎉
Hi Jordan and May! We have been enjoying your UA-cam channel for a couple of years now. We are a couple from Alberta Canada and will be getting residency in Mexico soon. We are looking at Queretaro, Lake Chapala and Guadalajara to settle in. I would be curious if you could share any comparisons you can provide between each area? Thank you in advance!
I have lived in Puerto Vallarta eleven years full time. Every time I go back to San Diego for a visit, I get an upset stomach. When I do go back I make a mental note to be very very careful of what I eat. I have never had food poisoning here. Saludos
12:38. What do they think the restaurant will say?? No this isn't safe to eat?"😂
Do you ever link up with fans for dinner? That would be a great treat.
Great video guys.
I wonder, do you have plans on doing a video about Baja?
Years ago [nearly 20?] when my wife and I first went to Cancun/Playa, I made the mistake of asking if the water in the restaurant was 'okay'. The waiter said, very patiently, 'Senor, even Mexicans don't drink the tap water here'. I stood corrected. Question: While shopping in the big Chedraui in Cozumel, I saw something that looked like water disinfectant for washing food and kitchen items. Was I correct in thinking that? Is something like that usual in Mexico?
# 10--Note from an American Doctor--Most Tourists with Montezuma's revenge ( tourists' diarrhea) also have history of Excessive Alcohol & Sun. Both these element cause dehydration & increase risk of sudden onset diarrhea and/or vomiting. My Rx is : limit alcohol,& excessive sun. Also while this is an interesting video, I suspect men just stare at Maya's sweater.
It's not a sweater, its a low cut fitted shirt. 😂 The alcohol and digestion info is great! Thanks.
Maya would be beautiful even dressed in burlap and I would still look at her.
In Colombia also the way some cities control so much traffic is by plate.
Even numbers are allowed to drive certain days and odd numbers other days.
It works well. Si if your car has an odd number and you are in an even number you have to rather ride a bus or ride with a friend.
We should try that here in the big cities if USA
This is all not necessarily true. I'm from Guadalajara, Mx. and Most of these "NO-NO's" are personal or depending on what part of Mexico you're from. But this should not be generalized for ALL of Mexico.
It also depends on socioeconomic strata.
Your channel is fantastic
I am having trouble finding a good mover from Florida to Merida. Anybody have any suggestions ? Good ethical honest organized mover. Thank you everybody !
That in trusting 😅
Great tips. You both have a lot of experience. When I first came to Ajijic I took a Mexican Manners class at The Lake Chapala Society. Good suggestions
Jordan got a upgrade 😂
Wait--what did the song translate to?
I haven’t seen Treda since I was a kid. My mom always had it in her purse 👛
In Mexico they sell it everywhere. Pretty much every convenience store, grocery store, or pharmacy
Tangerine Travels has really improved this last year or so!
The downward wave for “come” is also common in Asia
3:09 3:11 Eso, eso, eso, yes, yes, yes😅😂 como el Chavo
That happens everywhere I got food poisoning here in USA Not street food in a fine dining restaurant I felt like I was dying
Wait whats wrong with the agua frescas 😅 its not fresh?
Damn son!! You came up big!!!! Congrats! 🍾
❤❤❤❤
Hey guys ... when are you gonna travel the world?
Wow. You scored bro! Mamcita !
Very nice:
*I know, right?*😊
Lucky guy! dang
🤣
You mean Mamacita
I am Mexican...and I did not know that ...where is she from ?.....may be because I am from Mexico City and the rest of the country is kind of country side...
May is so pretty. : )
I’m distracted
Si senor
When in Cancun years ago we were extra cautious. Even in the tourist area my mother still had Montezuma’s revenge. Be cautious lol
What is that tune called? Or does it not have a name?
In the U.S. it's "Shave and a haircut...two bits." But in Mexico the tune is associated with a meaning that is completely different and offensive.
@801oap thank you! Also, do you know the meaning or why it offends people? It's ok if you don't/ just curious.
@@moisilenceaccording to Google search it means "f**k your mother, a**hole" along with Spanish translation which I will not put here.
I travel a lot visited 24 cities in Mexico & never had any issues & actually never pay attention to food or water safety.. Hehehe but there's a secret drink Coca-Cola & after each food 10-20 ml of pure alcohol in case of Mexico tequila or so..
Door knock is not applicable Mexico wide
Great videos y'all are doing well done, you should a video to US citizens not to be bossy to Mexico people, that they should respect people in Mexico that they are visiters of there Country.
Que bonita acento en inglés tiene la muchacha.
Such good advise. As a diabetic i should have asked what was used to sweeten the ice tea i was drining in Mexicaly. It was so good flavored with lime. I had a few cups worth. Boy did i ever have a good case of MR. The good part was i made it home to Palm Springs CA before it hit. I guess what im trying to say is they use real cane sugar in Mexico whereas we in the US usually use corn sugar.
Sorry. High fructose. If your a diet coke drinker, in Mexico it's called COCA LIGHT.
Did I miss the "we got Married video" ???
I lived in GDL while studying medicine from 1980-84. While driving with my novia (later my wife) I tooted the “haircut and a shave” tune once and Paty was mortified. She explained the significance and told me that I was lucky not to have been shot over the insult which I made.
Interesting to know. Showing the back of the hand is nothing in the US.!! I have never been told that it is rude.
I don’t know about the cleanliness. Went to a good restaurant in Mexican and got sick within 24 hours. The Treda helped.
The 'come' finger means the same in Canada. It also means you're in trouble.
Man, you look better without facial hair. I remember the past videos of your scrubby facial hair. It was an eye soar.
lol so the song is the same as the hand but different country ;-)
